Ayulink Ayurveda: Usually we Ayurveda people believe that Monsoon
is a season with Mandagni and food must be controlled in this season. Most
religion has accepted the concept of fasting in this season.

increasing agni. Monsoon brings mandagni...so all digestive disorders are on
high in these days.

religious it's called shaakha vratha where all types of vegetables nd pules not
taken for a month.. Only shunti jeera mango seed powder butter milk are used. Dairy
and outside foods should be avoided

constipation, colitis, muco-colitis, IBD, IBS - all kind of GI disorders have
high chances of aggravation. India is a vast country. We have very different

thing must be happily accepted in this season . Right?
