In acute condition I m using pittasamak syrup or pittasamak tab with enzyme
preparation within a 2 days I got result.

Chewing chanothi leaves helps a lot. Consuming sharbat containing fennel seeds,
coriander, raisins and rock sugar also helps.

tab 2-2, Sado sutshekharras 2-2, Irimedari oil gandush. I have got good result.
Dr. Madhuri Patil Chaudhari: Yashtimadhughrut.
Local application and internally too. Suvarn
sutshekharras in Suksha-aushadhi form
with unequal parts of honey and cows ghrut. Along with virechan with Panchsakar
churn. Kaval or gandush with irimedadi oil or
coconutoil. And dietary dos n donts . Correct any anamoly in teeth
conditions.

Rasa also work in mouth ulcer. Local application Jatyadighrut also works. If
Mouth ulcers are due to Allopath medicine Drakshavaleh also works as coolent. Shuddh
Gairik, Lodhra, JatiPatra Churn, Vat Patra churn, Manjishtha, Sariwa, Trifala- If
this mixure applied with honey it gives nice results.

I use "Tankan" with castor oil
or honey local application & if possible "panchvalkal " gandush.

In now a days, mouth ulcer may because of lots of reasons like due to
allopathic medicines, fruits which contains chemicals, constipation, preservatives,
cold drinks also. so in my practice, I always give mild laxative drug like
erandbhrustharitaki also taking dry amla for local application ghee or honey
which usually got at home.

Panchvalkal Kwath gargle, Khadiradivati, Yastimadhu ghrit, Swadistvirechan for
laxative.

Is this treatment for kafaj stomatitis?

Suvarna Gairik is also effective.

Mouth ulcer is the first sign of impaired repair mechanism of the body due to
Vitamin B deficiency. B is produced by the intestinal microbes. Reason may be
indigestion, antibiotics, diarrhea, dysentery etc. Fortification with topical
applications works well. All suggested above are time tested and good.

Chavyadiyog -muhurmuhu, useful in stomatitis.

Plz rule out constipation. Overcome stress. These two give rise to mouth
ulcers. Ideal will be to give Virechana. Use of black grapes ideal.

In this case hetu is rakt Pitt dusti. Mal , mutra, agni - normal , No samata
found, He was taking b complex capsule since 5 days still it increased , History

diagnosis is raktdusti due to Pitt vidah makes vran N best tt of raktPitt n
vran is raktmokshan. its not from tongue its done from cubital fossa.

patient.

Acc. To the conditions along with some of the above said medicines i use
stomatab 1 bd or tid, (sagar pharmaceutical) With muktayuktakamadudhavati 1bd.

I use stomatab tablet thrice a day within two days, there'll be improvement
asking the patient to be on bland diet.

Tindora = coccinia 100 gm / day.

Chewing the leaf of Drum stick plant daily 10 leaf morning n evening will cure
it in 4-5 days. Even this work in Tingling sensation of peripheral parts
of both limbs. Drum stick plant has highest number of maximum nutrients in its
leaf.

Application of khadir paste over ulcers works good. Also, experienced thing is
chewing the leaves of plant chameli or gandush of kwath of chameli leaves works
brilliant.

Drum stick leaves also helps in curing malnutrition.

1.Dadimavaleh(Sandu) + Udumbaravleh(Sandu) 3 TSF TID.
2. Kaval with panchavalkal kwath.
3. Suitable Virechak yog at bed time.

Avoiding hard, spicy, salty, acidic or hot food and drink until the ulcer heals.
Boil some coriander leaves and gargle with them when the water is lukewarm. Do
this for at least 3-4 times a day and see the difference.

Chanothi (Gunja) leaves chewing is helpful. Trifala at bedtime.

Hiora SG cream (Himalaya) apply on mouth ulcer gives good result.

Gargling / oil pulling with Irimedastailam.

Apply purified suvarngairik with ghee 3 to 4 times a day. Orally purified
Suvarngairik 500 mg tds works also good.

Yes, i too have best experience of raktmokshan in acute n recurrent stomatitis
in bhartividyapeeth pune clg drs use Jalauka in mouth too leaving best results.
