For vitiligo apply black pepper and black raisins on it.

Vd. Devangi Jogal:
In chronic patients, medicine after doing classical vaman and virechan gives excellent results..... In oral medicines we can use aarogyavardhini, manjistha, Guduchi, bakuchi, swayambhuv guggulu, udayaditya ras etc.acc.to the prakruti of the patient.... We must avoid the use of bakuchi in sharad and Grishma rutu.... Again  shrungi karma locally gives marvellous results.....

Dr. Bharat Sharma:

As we treat it as kapha prakopak vyadhi and aamasaya janya vyadhi ! We nevr try to treat it as skin prob dts why we didnt give any local application ! Regarding the prob !
This is my personal views !
With strict dietary regulation it gives result within 2-3 years !
My view regarding vitiligo is only an only kapha prakopak , aamashay gat dushit vyadhi so
When i suggested treatment ! Among them more drugs are doing work on aam pachan and kaph prashaman !
In diet : plz avoid khichdi and milk at night , virrudh ahar , essential flavour  based sour food likes juices, pulp etc!
Avoid sweets, menda items, madhur ,amla , lavan bharjit aahar !
And need 30% empty stomach when you take meal !

Ashwagandha is also good for switra in condition of weakness
When there is tamra varna where masa is dushya, we can use ashwagandha...
Where skin is extremely white(shwet), dushya is meda...and during treatment meda should be considered...

Vd. Sunil suthar:
If spots situated at upper and lower lips then it should b on chest and genital regions area or may b developed in future in area ! So dt kind of cases will b cured after long time it means 3-4 years and if hypo pigmented patches shawn at other parts of tve body , it will b cure within 1 year, so vaidyas plz when you start treatment of vitiligo and you define the position of spots make sure with completing of treatment time,so pts will b mentally prepared for long time treatment !

Vd. Mehul Sanghani:
